Returns/Exchanges Policy 

To ensure quality, all items are triple checked before shipment. Please confirm order accuracy, as refunds are not available. 

Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Exchanges are not offered. All sales are final unless you received the incorrect item.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. However, we are committed to servicing you. Please consider holidays when calculating shipping times, as they do not count as business days. 

We rely on USPS to deliver your package on time as scheduled. Avoid last-minute orders to ensure timely delivery. If you have a deadline, order in advance to account for potential delays.

Orders placed before 5pm (EST) are processed that day; orders placed after 5pm (EST) are processed the next business day. Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. The buyer must file a claim with the shipping company. Refunds or replacements are not issued until the shipping company has been notified.
